Nikka Coffey Whisky

The aroma of the bourbon-like vanilla and corn notes with herbal hints of chamomile are followed by the taste of sweet, fruity flavors of melon and grapefruit, then maple syrup, balanced by crunchy biscuits and fresh vanilla, end with a long last on the finish.

Nikka Coffey Malt

Straw color, aroma of milk chocolate, banana with oak spice, flavors of chocolate-covered cherries, with hints of banana bread. Medium-bodied, long finish with notes of chocolate chip banana bread.

Nikka Barrel

Medium-body bouquet with good balance; notes of cut flowers and fresh fruits, spice and a little oak. On the palate, it is full-bodied and punchy. There is plenty of winter spice and toffee, a little caramel and vanilla and a good mouthful of fruit. The finish is long, warm and fruity with a little oaken spice.

Kikori

Made from 100% rice. Smooth and aged for 3+ years in American oak, French Limousin oak, and Sherry casks. Floral and fragrant aromas with velvety smoothness on the palate. Distinctively different style of whiskey that is delicate and delicious.

Yamazaki 12

Notes of honey, cinnamon, and peach with a hint of toffee. Complex. This is great stuff. The merest whiff of white chocolate. There is a notable spirit character, but it is so well balanced and delightfully smooth. Terrific length.

Tenjaku Pure Malt

Aged in bourbon barrels, the rich flavors delivered are slightly nutty with hints of green apples and herbs. It is well-rounded with a slight hint of smokiness with a vanilla finish.

Miyagikyo Single Malt

The bouquet is full and rich with floral notes, tropical fruit, beeswax and hints of wood smoke. The palate is malt focused, with cinnamon and ginger spiciness, chocolate and tobacco. The finish is long and soft, with tobacco fading to leave spiced, stewed fruit.

Hibiki Harmony

The amber-colored liquid smells of rosemary, rose, lychee and sandalwood, paving the way for a honey-like sweetness with notes of white chocolate and candied orange peel. The finish is subtle with a hint of Japanese oak, which lingers on the palate.

Yoichi Single Malt

Deep and rich with smoke, hint of black olives in brine with ripe apples lurking behind; this is a layered whisky; coal-like, oily, and richly fruited with a distinct saltiness on the sides.

Suntory Toki

Toki is a blended whisky from Suntory's three distilleries: Yamazaki, Hakushu and Chita. This is a round and sweet blend with a refreshing citrus character and a spicy finish. 'Toki' means 'time' in Japanese.
